Our Story
Yanick, originally from Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), was pursuing a career in international marketing and management when a life-altering accident nearly robbed him of his sight. Faced with uncertainty about his future and the simple joys of life, he traveled to Mexico City to visit his mother, who worked at a local university.
There, during engaging conversations with students and faculty, Yanick discovered a surprising opportunity: teaching French as a substitute instructor. His classes quickly gained popularity, leading to referrals and invitations to teach in various settings.

Yanick found a new passion and purpose in teaching. The lively interactions with students and his involvement in diverse workshops opened his eyes to the joy of sharing knowledge and making a positive impact. In 2024, he set out on a path to rebrand his business, renew his energy, and LingoLime was born.
